Woman raped by the priest

KOSMO! reported a woman's intention to change a bout of bad luck ended up with her being raped by the priest who performed the ceremony at a house in Taman Teratai.

According to Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Jalil Hassan, the victim was introduced to the priest by her boyfriend who wanted to ward off bad luck.

ACP Abdul Jalil said the priest took the victim into a room while her boyfriend waited outside.

In the room, the victim was asked to take off her clothes so that the priest could put a talisman on her. The victim followed his instruction and was subsequently raped.

After the ceremony, the victim was advised not to tell anyone as the talisman would not work. The victim later lodged a police report. Police have remanded a man in his 40s.
