50% discount for traffic summonses

THE Klang district police will offer discounts of up to 50% for traffic summonses during its Crime Prevention Campaign at the Rukun Tetangga Centre in Taman Sentosa Zone B today.

Klang OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad May Yusop said the campaign, organised jointly with the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation, would also offer free personal accident policies by MCIS Zurich Insurance to those registering for the Rakan Cop.

“We want to invite people from all over the district to join the campaign as there will be many activities lined up during the whole day event,” he said.

The event to be held from 9am-5pm would include a War Dance by the Commando 69 Unit, demonstrations by Special Action Force (UTK) and Police Dog Unit, a show by the police Horse Unit and singing competitions.

There will also be a free health screening conducted by doctors of the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital.
