There is no mention of "Hak Melayu" in the Malaysian Constitution.

There is no mention of "Hak Melayu" in Malaysian Law.

"Hak Melayu" is simply a myth.

Not only is "Hak Melayu" a myth, Prof Dr Timothy Barnhard explains in his book "Contesting Malayness" that even the Melayu concept is simply a Myth.

So Jibby resorts to another Myth, the alleged "Social Contract". Let's never forget that this document simply does NOT exist !! It is made up. There is no documentation of this Mythological Document. Hence, it becomes extremely difficult to argue what is written in this particular Contract. However, if we look up the Social Contract in Wiki (Click Here) One will immediately find an interesting sentence, faithfully reproduced below:

"... to be an agreement that "Malay entitlement to political and administrative authority should be accepted unchallenged, at least for the time being, in return for non-interference in Chinese control of the economy..."

If the above statement is true, then UMNO has not kept up with its' end of the bargain. They have simply not been kind to the Chinese. Because the Chinese have not been explicitly given control of the Economic Pie. The Chinese had to work for it instead. The Chinese were/ are still not eligible for anything special or unique in Malaysia, other than Bak Kut Teh. Hence, for UMNO to pound their chests about Ketuanan, UMNO needs to hand over all economic control to the Chinese, as per according to the Mythological "Social Contract" from pre-Merdeka Days. Mind you, that it also explicitly lists "non interference in Chinese-control of the Economy".

However, the greedy UMNO mongrels have decided correctly today, that Malaysian Chinese are really lame ducks, that UMNO can today have their cake and eat it at the same time. Meaning, that it wants BOTH Ketuanan, as well as complete control of the Economy. Malaysian Chinese have been of course, stupid enough to comply.

Today, the Chinese have Kehambaan, and have lost control of the Economy. They have allowed themselves to be called children of Prostitutes and Beggars, and not even whimpered while being screwed over.

In fact, even the Orang Asli's have been lobotomized, and are no longer called "Bumiputras", even though their ancestors arrived in Malaya more than 60,000 years ago.

The Baba's and Nyonyas, have also ceased to be Bumiputras (since 1963), even though their ancestors were in Malaya since Parameswara jumped off his sampan from Mojopohit.

In fact, the next Indonesian who jumps off his boat next week, will be given Bumiputra Status. People like Khir Toyo are but one example.

In short, it is simply the Malays who have been given the short end of the stick.

Firstly, the average Malay lives far below the standards of their UMNO leaders. Cheap rickety wooden houses as compared to the Palace of Khir Toyol.

Next. The question of leadership. For the record, Malaysia never had a Malay Prime Minister. I don't need to reestablish the list. Needless to say, that the latest Sulawesi-Boy with a peculiar taste for Mongolian BBQ's is now making open threats (as he did before) to bathe his Keris in Chinese Blood.

He said it before, and he is saying it again, albeit "..crushed bodies and so on..." Perhaps he is referring to another May 13th, where UMNO will import the Bangsa Minang from Pariaman to rekindle the flames? They were indeed brought in, and to anyone who cares enough to make a trip there, you will be greeted by the most racist pigs you will have ever encountered. Yes. Pariaman is crawling with them.

And, according to Wiki (click HERE)

"... Both Malaysia and Singapore have attributed the September riots to Indonesian provocateurs..." They simply did not mention Pariaman explicitly. Once again, it is mentioned here (click HERE)

"...Malaysia Deputy Prime Minister Tun Abdul Razak blamed ethnic Indonesian and Communist provocateurs...."

However, Lee Kwan Yew specifically mention the following sentence:

"...On the other hand, Singapore Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew and several foreign observers attributed the riots as the result of agitation by Syed Jaafar Albar and other elements of the ultra-nationalist faction in United Malays National Organization(UMNO). According to the Australian Deputy High Commissioner, W. B. Pritchett:

"...there can be no doubt that UMNO was solely responsible for the riots. Its members ran the communal campaign or allowed it to happen."[2 ]

Read the above sentence again, and again, and again. Read it to your children, and your children's children !!

"... UMNO was solely responsible for the riots..."

And UMNO did it by importing Minang Trouble-makers from Pariaman to start the May 13th incident. UMNO has done it before, and UMNO is now openly saying that they will do it again.
